Health Risk Assessment (HRA)
Our close association with Duke University allows us to offer a time tested, state-of-the-art interactive HRA where:
- No physical exam or blood draw is required.
- Each user's privacy is protected & HIPPA compliant with a private username/password.
- Completing the questionnaire is easy. Even computer novices find the format simple and intuitive.
Once the personal health assessment questionnaire is complete, the system automatically determines relevant health risk factors and selects a series of educational lessons geared to each individuals needs. Charts and reports provide simple information about specific health issues that can be improved. This is a format designed to help people reach a viable "readiness-to-change" mindset to which health issues can be modified successfully over time.
Classes
The interactive and engaging courses on a variety of relevant topics incorporates lively hosts, quizzes and fun educational games. The user can relax and enjoy watching the 8 to 10 minute videos at their own pace. In addition, they can download a related handout for future reference or share with a family member or colleague. Topics such as weight loss, smoking cessation, nutrition, exercise, stress reduction and much more assists the user in understanding how and why a healthier lifestyle is the key to a happy, more productive life. New classes will be added at least one per quarter to keep learning fresh and on-going.
Coaching (One-on-One)
The user asks a qualified health professional questions through electronic coaching (email), which is the most efficient method of working with a health coach. This coach will motivate, guide and provide valuable information to assist and encourage the user to make positive lifestyle changes. Most wellness programs charge an additional fee of $25.00 or more per month for this included service.
Reporting (Outcome)
Detailed reports are provided for each individual that assess lifestyle and behavioral changes. This allows the participants to make necessary adjustments along the way which will lead to desired results. In addition, employers will be able to see the progress and usage of the program by their employees. All results are private and HIPAA compliant.

Newsletter (Hard Copy)
This free full color eight page publication focuses on 5 healthy topics and is delivered monthly to each employee. Topics always include recipes, physical activity, healthy lifestyles, self care and a monthly featured article, along with fun tips. This is to be shared with family and friends and kept as a reference guide.
Incentives
A wellness incentive plan is an opportunity to reward employees for being proactive and taking responsibility for their health. A free brief consultation assists in designing an incentive program based on the company’s needs/budget. Incentives are tax deductible up to $600 per employee.
The Path provides valuable tips the user will navigate from the time they wake up to the time they go to sleep…and everything in between, showing ways to improve and enhance their healthy lifestyle. Visit often as the Path is constantly updating and changing.
